- Claim Window: Within 24 – 48 hours of successful delivery (please provide unboxing photos/videos).
- Resolution Process:
- Product Replacement: We will send a new item at no extra shipping cost to you.
- Full Refund: If a replacement is unavailable, a 100% refund for the affected item will be processed via bank transfer within 1 – 3 business days.
- Non-refundable Cases:
- Claims submitted after 48 hours from delivery.
